- Open door policy - Flexible working hours - Saturday/Sunday Week-offs - Very vibrant work area and lots of company events around the year - Good training calendar with many initiatives for upgrading oneself

Cons

- Favoritism for certain employees - No work life balance - Project release and allocation process is not streamlined - Employee concerns / personal issues are often neglected / subdued based on project / business needs
