      There are multiple project opportunities

      Try not to remain on bench. You will hear that they fire the employees with 3months+ on bench but in reality they can fire in 30 bench days as well. My colleague got fired in this short time period. Also, there is no sense in telling staffing team like " I'm not getting relevant opportunities. Please look into it. " They will ignore you and once you reach certain number of days on bench, they will simply fire you. After appraisal my salary hiked from 23.3 to 24lpa. Very less hike!! and the fixed part changed from 20.97 to 20.84. WOW!!!!

      I don't see any cons. I worked for less time, But I enjoyed working there.
