Good working environment. Employees are happy with the Hybrid model i.e. 2 days office and 3 day WFH in a working week. HR team is very responsive and approachable. Quick help from Finance team on any query pertaining to taxation, reimbursement or travel claims, etc.

Cons

No proper appraisal hike in last 3 years. Travel time to and from to the new Powai office.
