      There’s nothing as such, basically the management has spoiled the name of the company

      Cons

      1) Management is clueless 2) In my span of 2.5 years in CT, I saw 3 ceo 3) No hike 4) They turn of the AC between 1 pm to 2 pm in the name of cost saving 5) No shift allowance 6) They don’t convey the project timings 7) Scope for US visa applications is pretty low

      Pros

      The works space, structure, aura, personalities are all amazing. It's a good place to work.

      Cons

      Initially things will be amazing, after the real game starts, a person has to fail & will be into trauma. Internal politics will affect, common behavior will be mattered, it sounds cool calling a senior person by their name but deep down it is roasting. Cooperation is well maintained with words but reality is very different when it comes to notes.
