Pros

1) They always have projects on red, so you get to learn multiple things in less time

Cons

1) No stability of projects. All projects have visibility of only 3 months. You are always in dilemma about your life 2) Growth is not based on your technical knowledge, it is based on your relation with your manager 3) Company policies are not in favor of employee 4) HR is of name sake, they don't have power/policy to help employee

Pros

Flexibility in terms of work timings, but that depends on project No variable pay, direct in hand salary. Good housekeeping/support staff and security people (good to speak than some eccentric managers) Plenty of opportunities if you are good at buttering your DL/ADL/Team Lead and remain loyal for 4+ years here

Cons

Where do i start? For starters they accept any leftover work that exists in healthcare. One would feel so, many people leave within a month of joining after getting a feel of it. Worst Mid Level Management you will ever find anywhere. The skills and communication levels of these managers are too low. Most of the managers are rewarded for their loyalty here because they are with the organization for 6+ years and are trusted blindly by CEO and one short tempered CTO. Middle management here is simply incompetent and worst case is some are even high level perverts but are always spared because the so called HR is in their hands and HR as we all know is useless like everywhere They have many namesake processes like a 30 days and 180 days feedback..nobody hardly cares to even notice it.. They boast of having 500+ HL7 certified professionals, the truth about that is, anybody, even a fresh lateral joinee can give this exam and becomes a healthcare expert within 6 months of joining. The emphasis at citius, as it is clearly reflected in their recruiting process is more on marks and academics than experience, skill sets and ability to solve complex tasks. They only hire VJTI/SP freshers and laterals are expected to have more than 65% in 10th & 12th. The irony here is, hardly any manager there is from these colleges :D (While it is good to have a nice academic record or passout from a top college, but that is no proof of your ability to solve complex technical issues in an efficient way) And yes, they supposedly buy an award called "Best places to work" every year, same like filmfare awards are bought regularly. The CEO promotes SHOUT culture if you see any risk, but anyone who shouts is called incapable and a threat to his project and sometimes fired. Oh yes, Hire and fire is their style which is routinely seen throughout the year.

Pros

Has a repute of a paymaster, which is eroding day by day. Flexi timings and Work from home once a week. Rest is same as regular small sized IT companies Decent place if you are on delivery projects, but if you are part of internal functions and projects kindly avoid.

Cons

No Processes/Polices in place, rules are set and changed as per top management liking. They have a No Surprise policy, but will shock you at every stage. All the control is only in the hands of founders, Look at the company ratings trend, from the last year it has been very negative Highly competitive and experienced people are hired and then forced to not use their experience, brains and skills, thus creating a hole in their career growth. Most of the senior management is highly incompetent and are mere puppets, they have reached here as they stuck to the company since its start-up days. Delivery heads don't own P&L of their BU, none of them is even PMP certified If you are not on delivery projects but part for internal projects you may be shouted at for providing a brilliant idea, and you may be given the same idea after 6 months by the management. Hire & fire policy. Your appraisals will not depend on how you have performed, but will certainly take a hit if you don't keep the top management team and their punters happy. Projects are not at all challenging, mostly maintenance & deployment projects, PEOPLE FROM BFSI DOMAIN DON'T WASTE YOUR CAREER HERE. You may be a Java programmer and be asked to code in .NET or HTML/JS or just go onsite and do some coordination/excel stuff, if you say no.. u'll be kicked in no time. You will spend more time doing repeated training, audits and presenting your plans and achievement than doing actual work. only 24 leaves a yr, including sick leaves and only 8 NH. This is low standard. In-spite of being a mid-size org they don't have EPF policy, you can opt for the same but the company contribution will be deducted from you CTC. No components in salary to help you save tax like LTA, Car allowance, option for Food coupons, etc.
