Good pay, excellent recognition and rewards, excellent immigration team and very supportive HR.

Cons

Offshore middle management always try to control things and doesn’t involve on-site resources who are actually client facing. Line of products are not that great and are overcommitted to client causing a lot of stress on the team to deliver. You won’t see growth if you are onsite.
