work life balance, no policies or defined way of doing things flexi benefits

Cons

limited flexi benefit components no policies or defined way of doing things allocation of projects is a disaster, they don't even do a proper skill set match HR and staffing works at snail pace you raise a ticket on the incident management portal and forget about getting a response ever threat to deduct money from salary if the trainings are not completed on time all in all a petty firm with even pettier management
