Pros

Casuals, Flexible working hours, WFH facility (being misused)

Cons

To CEO: DL's are not listening/looking to the project team members. Inspite of trying so hard and reaching out to DL's, he rather chose to move the managers out of the project. Too much of politics within MDA project. Project - MDA: Too much of Politics and Idle people(tester) is sitting in a project doing nothing just because he is billable by client. Team members are being Threatened, Disrespect for women team members, Misuse of policies are being conducted by tester and lead. These guys lead the project, they are dominant and use bad and abusive language towards women team members and others. They tell the team members to speak infront of DL's for moving out the managers from the team. WFH is being taken for multiple days within a week by tester and PL(working on his other venture-not adhering CT Policy) in-spite of CT Policy having only 1 WFH per week in case of emergency. Good team members are leaving the organisation just because of tester and lead within the team. Delivery leads should look into the project MDA and instead of losing good talented guys, they should rather move out both of these guys to two separate projects and must follow strict rules against them. They are breaking the CT policies. Managers and DL are not even listening/looking how the project is going through and what the team members are facing. Bad project - Never enter in the MDA project. Actually never join Citiustech. Old working guys are dominating the project and not letting anyone succeed or survive within the project.

Hmmmm... Small/Medium business behaving like a large business

Pros

Work Life Balance -Somewhat flexible on "work life" balance matters Processes - Due to many certifications (ISO, etc.) company - wide policies are conceived and implemented - For the most part, such policies are contentiously implemented (functions team - in particular - travel team and finance team are very efficient) Delivery - Delivery team is, by and large, competent (e.g. , adherence to SDLC the right way) -Delivery managers are, for the most part, a good combination of flexible and by-the-book types

Cons

Salary - Pay packages are not great, and quite inflexible Processes - Some managers respond very well to an employee willing to hustle (learn, expand boundaries, etc.), most others are yes - men - Beyond a certain level in employee hierarchy, every one is involved in the sales processes to some extent but do not get any kind financial reward for these contributions Innovation - Consulting and innovation of all types (technology, core consulting, IT consulting, analytics) are approached haphazardly - Seems that the management has truly understood the importance, but do not have a very good plan or leadership to lead these activities
