      Nothing extraordinary observed since started working here

      Poor management and Ethics they have. Appraisal process is worst ever no proper appreciation gets to hard working employees in terms of compensation. They just appreciate employees verbally but no financial stability provided. If you are coming from good ethical and big company don't ever join this one. Poor policies like worst leave policy.
