      - Good work life balance - there are many good projects with latest technologies - Training team is really helpful providing required trainings - People are very approachable as average experience of engineers here is around 4-5yrs - HR is very active

      Cons

      - increment/appraisal percentage is decreasing every year.

      Pros

      People are friendly. Office location is well connected to Road and railway. Company seems to be growing fast.

      Cons

      Very less scope for job retention once you are out of project and have less contact with managers. They do put you into interviews for different skills and roles and once you fail in intw, they do this 2-3 times, and finally HR asks to look outside. No clear staffing policy.. The skills upgrade part is almost absent. They have some people who will train you and then, there are no projects at all. So join at your own risk.
