      WFH atleast one day per week.

      Cons

      I was into the interview process and got selected. In spite of agreeing to monetary terms earlier they backed out. First they offered lesser amount than expected which I readily agreed. Day two they said management is not even ready for that amount. Day three they said join on same salary and that's final. This is height of unprofessional employees especially HR department.
