Domain focused. Approachable managers. Opportunities for doers. Better client communication. Employee engagement activities and events.

Cons

Developer decide every aspect of project delivery. HR not much interested to timely discuss salary concerns. Same iteration rate as other service providers in IT. Bonus not relevant in most projects. No other significant employee benefits nor ESOPs. Company culture is team specific. Not easy to be placed in future projects with previous skill sets.
