      If you are a fresher then it is very nice company to join which helps to upgrade your skills. And also give opportunities to learn more by providing training's on various topics.

      Cons

      Some of the clients are really crap Appraisals Favoritism by managers(fools are also become favorite here) Sometimes you will not able to get what technology you want to work on
