Great Facilities, particularly pick up and drop Decent work-life balance Simple salary structure, not many deductions from the promised CTC Great adaptability to SCRUM Good policies, esp in terms of curbing malpractices Great team culture, promote communication and maintain transparency with clients Open door policy, promote frequent collaboration with department leads Great onsite opportunities

Short Term projects, which hampers growth as management and work environment keeps changing Middle management now filled with managers from other service companies which has brought in more politics in terms of appraisals Late night calls Lack of opportunities at Andheri office which causes commute issues for people from suburbs WFH in very few projects
