      Pros

      I've been working at Citiustech full-time for more than a year. As it's a healthcare domain company one can expect a good career growth. Number of clients are there but less projects to work for. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Employee has to work from client location to work. No work from home as in today's traffic one needs atleast one day work from home facility. To avail it various approvals needed.

      1. Flexible Timings- This was the biggest reason for me to Join this organisation as a fresher. 2. Openness to learn It strongly recommends and allows to learn new things which can HELP/CONTRIBUTE to company 3. Good People If you are lucky, you will get the great minds to work with.
