Business Outlook
Pros
Very good work life balance, awesome teams, wonderful people, initially there is average pay but a decent hike if you outperform. Senior management is quite helpful and approachable. Flexible work timings. The work environment is also good. There are a lot of competitions held to keep the employees engaged. It is my second home, and indeed a home, away from home!
Cons
Seriously I didn't find any, except for the fact that they have really PATHETIC and slow systems which causes a huge contribution to employee frustration!
