->less cost cutting ->weekend allowance is given ->flexible timings ->Friday snacks

Cons

->Project rotation is not so easy ->Many projects are on old technologies ->need to complete healthcare induction and assessment frequently ->Staffing team is not good at all, they need to learn management.

They will keep you in the payroll if you can be an asset in extra curricular activities and dont contribute much to the billing cycle If you are good at pleasing the right people without doing much you are definitely getting promoted

Cons

Totally transparent in thier processes (sic) (thats sarcasm) One of the few companies where onsite folks put in more hours than the ones offshore. Offshore teams have more work to do with regards to cubicle decorations, cultural event participations etc. Excellent HR and Immigration teams Maximum revenues arrive from onsite teams but they suffer the most
