      1. Transparency in work 2. Hard working people get good opportunities 3. Help provided when in need 4. Nice HR 5. Founders are great people (CEO/CFO) 6. Flexible working hours 7. Lots of onsite opportunities 8. Management closely monitors progress of individuals 9. Good appraisals if you are a key/hard working performer 10. Regular fun activities by committees

      1. A few managers in big positions who are mean, disrespectful or spineless 2. Sometimes you will be forced to work from a location that is not of your choice as they are based out of 2 locations in Mumbai (Chandivali/airoli)
