      Pros

      Getting to learn new things time and again. Technical background skills have grown a lot since the last 10 months of working here, as compared to my 3 years of experience prior to this company. Salary hike % while joining was very big as compared to my past company. Very good working environment. Flexible Job Timings, can come anytime and go anytime depending upon your work priorities.

      Cons

      - Not really friendly people - Favouritism clearly visible - No Guidance and help from Team members, everything you learn on your own - VPs of some internal projects even go to the extent of verbal abuses at times.

      Pros

      Pays well - i think above market, good infra, advanced laptops (can ask for lighter one as well), good management team - usually helpful, HR is nice - supportive and will do quickly if under their control, They try to be innovative many times for employee satisfaction

      Cons

      Small company feeling - if you are looking to enjoy perks and benifits of large IT company - they dont have it. No Gym, Playgrounds, retailer discounts, food courts.. Some people do night shifts (not sure if they were hired to do it - or it came as surprise)

      Project allocation and resource management is not very pleasing Expect to work on completely new platform against your wish Onsite opportunities very limited
