Great company with some cons

Pros

This is a really good company with great team members, good management and also have good clients. There are development projects as well. You will get recognised for you hard work and also get good hikes and bonus for it.

Cons

I got selected for a transition project where our team need to work for extra hours to ensure that project will be in good situation. This was little stressful but that also gave us a lot of learning in short span of time.
