      1) If your lead is good and empathetic then your life will be sorted as it was mine. 2) Great training or cross-skilling opportunities 3) Excellent place for freshers 4) Good work-life balance

      Cons

      1) Sometimes you can be on the bench for more than a month 2) HR is helpful but sometimes doesn't provide good hikes.
