Excellent Place to make Friends

Pros

Work Environment is really good. People love to chill post office hours, which makes you want to stay back longer at work too. Very good facilities for employees. No Variable component in Salary, which is a big plus.

Cons

Need better middle level management. Need some good DBAs, as database projects are not well handled. Freshers have no Onsite opportunities.

- Good collaborative work environment - Helpful colleagues - Work time flexibility when needed - Generally good work-life balance(depends from project to project) - Good initiatives by HR in organizing various events all year round - Managers are supportive of your ambitions - Frequent training workshops on various technologies

Cons

- Sometimes the allotted tasks can be mundane(not challenging enough) - Politics among the employees is something seen very often, you need to learn and navigate your way through all of it
