Talent Pool Department needs restructuring, It's a mess. too much over hiring.

Lay Offff without any Notice you will be thrown out of the company by just a simple teams call they will call you to inform you about your termination that's it no prior information will be given. For freshers its worst without any sort of project experience if you apply for other companies that will be very painful to explain what have you worked in a previous organization There won't be much recognition from the senior management about the things we do. The appraisal part is worst in this organization as no one will understand there way of doing this, the deserve candidate wont get what he deserved.
