Working for a big company gives you stability. Working in telcos gives you great experience. A lot of clients, you will work on many many cases that are so different from each other. Millions of users, tons of platforms People are professional to treat you There is order in what you do. You'll do what your job description says or kind of, which compared to other companies is a lot
Cons
Low pay. No raise in 10 years. People get stuck in their job position, at least in IT. Almost no chance to grow. No innovation, just following other companies. No real investment in people, or in training.
