      Its a very fast paced and multitasked job.

      Cons

      Very stressful, demanding, on call 24/7, poor salary. They expect you to acomplish tasks made for 3 laborers but your only one. Claro company is very cheap overall, they think they can do more with less $ every year.

      Your ideas will never be taken or at least heard. Every manager act like if he know everything, when they know nothing about IT approaches. If you want a place when you can be creative, innovative, this is not the one you are looking for.
