      A nice place to learn technologies

      Pros

      The company invests in newest technologies, it is a multi cultural environment, exchange of knowledge with third-parties partners, you have access to talk to many manager level, we always are improving the process (it is not a frozen process).

      Cons

      Some managers are overseer. The process is not followed at all. There are some aggressives deadlines. The old systems don't have appropriate documentations.

      a world of opportunities : business , personal and professional learning in a large telecommunications technology , excellent working environment, with standards established processes

      Cons

      there is no greater disadvantage , because it is a large company, just the desire to evolve professionally in other industries , doing something else motivates me to look for other jobs

      Nice environment, good benefits, a dynamic market and low hierarquia that put you close to strategic decisions.

      Cons

      Low structure to work, missing data, researchs. Sometimes the company don't think by them own and just copy what their competitors are doing.
