      Pros

      There are no pros I can share. Definitely not a good experience. No positives here. You probably can do better.

      Cons

      As a former employee, I advice you to avoid working for this company. There is not one positive thing I could say about it. As a member of the LGBT community, I suffered from constant homophobia coming from upper management. I was never treated as an equal. It got to the point where I just couldn't bear walking in that office in the mornings. Avoid them if you can.

      Pros

      Phones with great discounts... Regular salary... There is no more benefits.. For the customer service representative.. For other positions maybe yes

      Cons

      Too much overtime... If you want to study is very hard or even impossible.. My schedule just allow me to study in my day off. No work life balance... The higher position that you can get is manager of a store if you start as a CSR The people who work in the headquarters gets more benefits than a csr You must wear a stupid uniform.. If you study there is no benefits.. Even if you study something helpful to the business...

      Good enviorment, exciting people to work around. they give you plenty opportunities to take several clinics and curses to improve your performance looking always to exeed.

      Cons

      Don´t look for a career development, the organization is flat so it's not dynamic at all. They like older people in C-level position and they don´t move young, passionate, talented people up.....if you want a boost and move fast for your career, this is not the place you want to be.
