      Pros

      Good set of benefits - assist. medical and dental, food and meal tickets, private pension, cell phone - to selected ones, life insurance.

      Cons

      Terrible structure, poorly trained managers, dirty environment, poor elevators and air conditioning, the professional is not recognized, he only seeks profit. No growth prospects.

      Pros

      Claro is growing at a steady pace within one of the most important industries of the country. This gives it’s employees a stable job.

      Cons

      Culture of overworking with no life/work balance. Non existing career development path for individual contributors. Remote positions are limited, an oxymoron for a tech company: +800 private vehicles commuting every work day into the Headquarters, during the COVID restrictions there were none. Employee perks reduced to none.
