- Great company culture among teams - Lots of support and options for growth. Very supportive culture to express your interests and desired path. Managers will help you connect with the right people and give you tasks to build your resume for better success when opportunities arise.

Cons

- Low pay and low commission - Leadership can sometimes get frustrated when you have questions about compensation vs taking time to thoroughly explain. This is more senior management. - Lot's of changes (need to be an individual who is willing to adapt OFTEN)

-office culture is great! a lot of company workout classes, lunches in Wednesdays and happy hour -mental health and wellness benefits are good

Cons

-annual salary raise is minimal -feedback and no real path for career development -no racial diversity in the C-Suite -quiet firing is common practice
