      ClassPass is a mission driven company with a clear goal: Every life, fully lived. It's fantastic to work for a company whose goal is to make life better. Each business decision was clearly linked to operating principals, which made employee buy-in easy, which is so important for an ever changing company. Great perks, like paid for and discounted fitness and wellness membership, travel opportunities, unlimited commission, and great team environment.

      Cons

      At the time, as a top performer, I was often given stretch projects. It was presented to me as an opportunity, but come promotion time it wasn't recognized that I was doing the work of those at the next level, out performing them, and not being compensated as much as them due to salary structure. I was outstanding and had to fiercely advocate for myself for my efforts to be recognized in the form of a promotion.
