Low base salary and hard to hit quota that is very low pay So much micromanaging from managers and have to be puppets so can’t get too creative or even have a personal cadence. They took personal cadence away we are treated like children not sales professionals. Treated like children not adults Told something one day then something different the next. High level of admin work that takes away from time to sell and do a sales job If you are a sales professional stay away the number of meetings micromanaging and low pay is awful
