Business with Traction - The company has grown subscribers substantially in the last year. - Business is on solid foundation, even before new funding mid this year. - New Credits system is very well received by customers. - Expansion continues into new markets. Solid Engineering Team - Team has delivered major upgrades across the product this year. - Collegial atmosphere and supportive co-workers. Inspiring company mission - The more people use the product, the healthier they are!

Cons

Open plan office can be distracting at times - Engineers need ability to focus. No meeting Tuesday is an improvement, but more is needed. Design leader is needed

Great culture, easily the best part of working at ClassPass! Also pretty good work/life balance, opportunities to learn, and the independence and expectation that you will own your projects. Not a lot of micromanaging.

Cons

Not much room for growth at the moment; salaries for non-engineering or technical positions not competitive.

Positive environment. Nice, friendly people. Unlimited vacation. Lots of snacks. Free lunch and breakfast once a week. Bi-monthly all-company meetings. Lots of company get-togethers. Openness and transparency with employees. Lots of room for growth. Well-liked, booming product you feel good working for. Good benefits. Lots of managerial feedback. Employees feel appreciated.

Cons

Cramped office spaces (but moving soon.) Two different office spaces so employees are separated from each other. Work/life balance sometimes less than ideal. Pay could be better (but could be worse.)
