- Great benefits - Great hours - Great team - Opportunity to move upward within the company - Opportunity to work at different office locations (SF, NY, MT, UK, etc)

Cons

- A downside of working in tech is sitting at a desk all day (kind of obvious) - Hard to get to know people well when there are so many employees
