Beautiful offices, tons of snacks, freedom to take exercise classes in the middle of the work day as exercise is so much part of the company culture

Cons

There were major layoffs, which was the moment when I decided to leave preemptively. It seemed like the financial strategy wasn't well thought out, given the luxurious offices and perks, and also significant layoffs.
