      Business with Traction - The company has grown subscribers substantially in the last year. - Business is on solid foundation, even before new funding mid this year. - New Credits system is very well received by customers. - Expansion continues into new markets. Solid Engineering Team - Team has delivered major upgrades across the product this year. - Collegial atmosphere and supportive co-workers. Inspiring company mission - The more people use the product, the healthier they are!

      Open plan office can be distracting at times - Engineers need ability to focus. No meeting Tuesday is an improvement, but more is needed. Design leader is needed

      Smart, innovative, hungry people Incredibly smart and qualified senior management, highly willing to mentor and engage with employees of all levels. Ability to challenge people above and below you on ideas to make sure the intellectually superior solution is reached. Daytime workouts not just permitted but encouraged, so long as you get your work done

      Cons

      You need to ask for opportunities; they are not served to you. I read other reviews that say this company pushes people down. I wholeheartedly disagree with that, and rather think the company simply asks you to take initiative.
