      Pros

      My team lead updates us on leadership decisions, the thought process, and always encourages questions. Very approachable leadership who genuinely care about who they hire.

      A Con to some- there is a lot of figuring things out on the job, to other this is an exciting part of being at a relatively young company that's growing

      Depends on your which team you are on, but overall great work environment and lots of perks such as a free classpass membership, team bonding, etc.

      could improve management as there tends to be a lot of miscommunication internationally.
