Pros

Everyday at ClassPass is an opportunity to learn, growth is always there if you are driven. Working in a beautiful place, downtown Missoula. Great people working really hard to achieve the mission “every life fully lived” while living the mission! Amazing employee benefits and perks.

Cons

Fast paced with agile change and a lot of moving parts, very typical of a high growth startup. This also creates great opportunity, could be a pro for those who thrive in agile environments.
