Relaxed, friendly and supportive environment. Great place to learn and grow in a semi-established startup culture. Management is chosen wisely and well, very open and honest and consistent communication across teams (daily team meetings, often with reps from other teams to communicate updates/changes to the product). People are super fun, lots of women in roles of leadership. Quarterly happy hours and company wide meetings where the CEO is really open and honest about financial progress and team growth. They promote from within, plenty of opportunity for growth here and ability for lateral movement. Overall a great place to work.

You get to work for a company that lives and breathes its mission: "every life fully lived." The people who work at ClassPass are amazing-- intelligent, outgoing, and passionate about their jobs and the product. Its fast-paced, things change daily which keeps our jobs exciting and challenging. Not for the faint of heart, but a really amazing place to work for the right fit. I've noticed most employees tend to be self-starters, have upbeat and positive personalities, and are pretty active (although not everyones an athlete by a long shot). Tons of healthy snacks in the office, plus pretty much unlimited classes, and many other perks, I think it'd be pretty tough to be unhappy working here. Excellent transparency, and all employees are encouraged to "challenge and defend," if they think something could improve or be done differently.
