They're recently merging their international and Brazilian teams, and with that, comes plenty of issues. They claim to support diversity but they go above and beyond to silence anyone who dares to say they are not being supported. It is almost like a mafia. You will be threatened to stay silent if you speak up. This company used to be good a while ago, but its employees now operate out of fear. You will never know how you're doing because they do not regularly give feedback, they just fire you. Because HR is out of Brazil, they have no idea of the illegal activity their leadership is doing to other employees outside of Brazil. Don't you dare report it either, they will come for you. It is chaotic, with no support, and I cannot express enough just how much fear there is within the employees, everyone is constantly afraid of losing their job if they mention anything that could potentially be taken as not 100% super cheery positive. It's so bad that when you provide a genuine compliment to some, people have cried over fear that it is a backhanded compliment to drop their defenses before being fired. They do not respect employment laws and do not care about you. Avoid, avoid avoid.
