I have worked with many IT companies before but here are few of the BEST things I want to highlight after spending around 2 years in Click: 1) Work Life Balance 2) Onsite Opportunities 3) Projects Ownership 4) Good Salary 5) Opportunity to learn new technology and troubleshooting methods. 6) New Employee training Modules are fantastic. 7) And ofcourse there are other things too. Free Cabs, Free Lunch Buffet, Evening Snacks. Dinner and shift allowances. 8) Good bonus and Appraisals

The Click community is really special. “Clickers” tend to be high-performers, innovative, collaborative, and leave their egos at the door. It’s incredibly motivating to be surrounded by such top-notch talent. The leadership team is unbelievable – progressive, strategic, and well aligned. If you’re willing to work hard and eager to add value, it’s truly an amazing place to be.
