      Great company, Great Culture

      Pros

      The best thing about the company is that you have control of your job function, even though it is just an entry-level job. When you find something that can be improved, management will encourage you to step-up and lead the project. I came on aboard straight from school, and immediately jump on and lead a project that provided value to the company. And supervisor was encourage and they care about your feeling. It is absolutely a rewarding and high-performance culture, that allow us to grow and learn a lot.

      Cons

      Almost two years since I worked here, and I cannot think of one.

      Pros

      The culture, the passion, the excitement to dominate the space: It begins with the Co-Founders and reverberates throughout the company. I find myself surrounded by brilliant and charismatic people on a daily basis. Strong leadership exists at every level and every voice is heard. CloudLock is a phenomenal place to work.

      Cons

      I think the base salaries for Sales positions are low. Hopefully this is a "startup" effect. Fortunately, I have all the confidence in the world that CloudLock is just beginning to see success. The future is bright.

      Pros

      Having been here for a few months I have done more than I did in six year in my previous companies. My personal goals are nicely aligned with the company goals and imply work that requires me to stretch my brain and skills. Every day I have new tangible chances to grow professionally. We have an open space setting, and every day I work with people I like and respect, in a strong and positive environment. Couldn't ask for a better place to evolve in.

      Cons

      There are only 100 people at CloudLock, Boston needs more of us :)
