It is a great company to learn the industry models like CMMI and the level of implementation they do is commendable comparing to other organization.

Cons

Almost all decision are taken at Director and Associate director level people without realizing the ground level reality. This makes the people to feel bitter as the initiatives are forced to them for implementation and incase of failure they will be questioned on that.
