Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a very dynamic environment, its a fast-pacing set by the end customer, and energetic people. Most of the resources working on-site and getting end user business knowledge and expertise.
Cons
The company used to have a poor strategy for the region (LATAM) when I worked there, a very limited opportunity for growth, very few business opportunities considering the ammount of accounts at the region, lack of leadership and global alignment.
