      it is a great place to work. takes care of technical as well as the personality development of an employee.

      Cons

      takes time to define the role for an employee. so even the brightest of all stay back when it comes to being allocated to a project.

      Pros

      If you work hard you can create your own opportunities. The staff overall are great, smart and talented people. Great location in the DTC

      Cons

      Poor review system in place, merit and bonus payout is weak at best. It often seems those who cry the loudest get rewarded instead of those who perform the best. This is the place you work where you see the people you often wonder why they have a job get rewards and promotions yet the people you know that bust their butt and save the day keep getting taken advantage of. Management leads by fear and threats and do not value their employees. People are quitting daily and management does not seem to notice the BIG RED FLAG. They feel that all employees are a dime a dozen and can be replaced but for some reason they never replace anyone and teams run skeleton crew.
