      Pros

      The company culture exudes a "Can Do" attitude. Innovation and reasonable risk taking is encouraged. Loaded with highly skilled people who are valued by the company. It's a great environment if you're the entrepreneurial type.

      Cons

      Can have long hours and stress. Also has an inordinately heavy Indian influence for being an American company. The price of all the flexibility can be chaotic for those not attuned to it. If you prefer a regular 9-5 desk job with no surprises, this isn't the place for you.

      Very flexible during project or location selection process Excellent policies for relocation and transfers Very helpful and excellent in reimbursements and other benefits

      Cons

      Salary is way lesser that the industry average specially in places like Silicon valley, CA where the average salaries are much higher than the rest of the US.

      Pros

      I loved the fact that Cognizant gave me a break frm a unusual background. I loved the way Frank is leading the company.

      Cons

      The Visa processing process has worsened , due to the huge growth. The would love to have a nice mix of people - from different backgrounds.That would make working for Cognizant even better.Right now the work environment is predominantly comprises of South Indians.
