      1. Independence 2. Entrepreneurial Spirit 3. Energy The management needs to be more open and communicative when it comes to bad news. Management does not project accurately all the capabilities it has. People on the street still compare the older management to the newer one unfairly. Not sure of the impact on the strett. IWorking in cognizant is very informal. Sometimes it needs to have some structure. Cognizant does foster a sense of community and makes people proud of being a Cognizant Employee.
