      Good for a fresher maybe to start their career

      Cons

      HRs taking advantange of the Israel war to stop/delay hikes and bonuses. Employees are just on the mercy of weak local Leadership and their pointless decisions. Their policies are made on the fly and you have to accept it no other choice.

      - Sodexo coupons - Flexible timings (Only if your manager is NOT from AMDOCS) - Good health insurance - Good tech stack to learn new things - Free udemy for all employees for growth

      Cons

      - Employees in Pune always receive low quality gifts as compared to employees working in Gurgaon location - The infrastructure, equipments or id cards required to do work provided by Pune management is not upto market standards and are very cheap in quality - Pune management doesn’t care about quality of work, Quality of code. They only care about is Were you present 3 days in office - Pune Management is only filled with people from AMDOCS and they have brought in the culture of Micro management - 90% of middle management is also from Amdocs because the site head is from Amdocs - If you are from Amdocs, this is not a con for you
