Great Colleagues! Good Compensation! Team bonding activities, Fun place to work! Every now then there is something or other actvities planned for the team to relive from work stress. Flexible work life balance. Technical Team Leads are supportive and have good knowledge. Knowledge sharing team leads. Even though Majority of the crowd is from AMDOCS (for a moment i thought i was hired for AMDOCS. Pun Intended!!!) But there is no discrimination from my team leads. HR is approachable Benefits are good! Insurance can be made good for colleagues.

Yes, there is a grey area with the Pune Director's side but this can be reduced with open communication and by listening and UNDERSTANDING the colleagues P.O.V. Don't just throw us under the bus with YOUR P.O.V (Director)
