      Very smart people and hardworking team Good salaries Nice office, in city centre Good benefits, teambuildings and rewards

      Lack of tools & processes General chaos, lack of commitment A lot of management pressure to deliver projects but without looking at the quality - quantity is more important for them Israeli management can seem very bossy and putting a lot of pressure, even when it’s not necessary You - as an employee - are only a resource for the management and you are always replaceable.
