      Sycophantic middle management who just tries to remain in the position at the expense of their team members Blame culture is top value in this joke of an IT company Lack of ownership from mid and top management (whatsoever) ... which then becomes the best combo with the blame culture when it hits the fan A day of work will look like this 70% pointless meeting to discuss "the status" 30% "micro-management checks" from mid management Please be aware of the little mid managers around here posting review like "awesome job"
